Our bread and butter at Heaven v Hell Fitness. These high intensity group sessions are absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to significantly improve their fitness regardless of current ability and experience.

From newcomer to seasoned regular, we will motivate and push you to your limit and then give you another nudge past it.

Hellcamp, BoxHIT or Strong As Hell. With over 20 classes a week on our timetable, we guarantee there's something for everybody at a time that suits.

Expect to burn anywhere between 600 - 800 calories each session!

Our gym is fully kitted out with top of the range resistance training equipment, free weights, machines and cardiovascular kit.

If you want to get stuck in but aren't too sure where to start then speak to one of the team and we'll give you a full induction to help get you started.
